Active Transportation Winter Maintenance Plan
This plan addresses how the City maintains its active transportation network during the winter months. Currently, there is no winter maintenance provided to Bicycle Lanes and Designated Cycling Facilities. However, each year, the City reviews its entire sidewalk network to determine which sidewalks receive winter maintenance. The City uses professional judgment and criteria to make this annual determination.
