How to Get a Green Cart
If you're eligible to participate in the Green Cart Program you can:
- get a Green Cart if you don’t have one
- get a replacement cart if yours is broken
- get one extra Green Cart if you need it
You may request a Green Cart by downloading the Greater Sudbury Waste Wise App, calling 311 or submitting a request using the Waste Wise tool. Allow approximately two weeks for delivery.
Exchange your broken Green Cart
- Call 311 to get a replacement cart delivered to your home (delivery can take up to 2 weeks) or
- Put your broken cart at the roadside on your pick-up day with a note that reads "please collect broken cart." The recycling truck will collect it.
