For all other inquiries, comments or concerns that are not related to accessibility including those related to COVID-19 and concerns/complaints regarding the actions of individuals or businesses please email 311@greatersudbury.ca or call 3-1-1.

The City of Greater Sudbury welcomes comments and feedback on the accessibility of our programs, services and access to goods for persons with disabilities living in our community.  Your feedback and comments help the City identify where changes need to be considered and ways in which we can make the delivery of our municipal programs and services more accessible to residents in our community living with disabilities and improve accessibility at our municipal facilities.

All feedback and comments received on this form are sent to accessibility@greatersudbury.ca where they are received and reviewed by staff and if appropriate are forwarded to departments for review, action and response if requested or required. In addition to this form, feedback may also be provided in the following ways:

  • sending an email to accessibility@greatersudbury.ca;
  • calling 705-674-4455 ext. 4209;
  • in person at Tom Davies Square or at any Citizen Service Centre; or
  • regular mail to: Clerk's Services, PO Box 5000 Station A, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON P3A 5P3
