The Housing Services office at 199 Larch St., Sudbury, Suite 603, is open to the public Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Housing applications and related documents are available in the lobby of 199 Larch St. Completed applications and other documentation can be placed in the drop box at this location.


The Housing Services Section is the City of Greater Sudbury's community housing policy and program administrator. We provide support to local non-profit and co-operative housing corporations ensuring the provision of affordable quality housing for seniors, families, people with disabilities, and households without dependents.
