French Language Service

Communications and French Services develops and implements communications activities to build public understanding of the City of Greater Sudbury in keeping with its Vision, Values, Goals and Priorities.

The department ensures that citizens receive services in both official languages in accordance with the French-Language Services Policy (PDF 19 KB) adopted by Council.

  • Ask to speak to the supervisor and express your concerns.
  • Submit a complaint by using the online form at the bottom of this page.
  • Communicate with Communications and French Services in writing or by telephone.
